B2B / white-label partnerships
Your client. Your brand. Our delivery.
Run an agency, IT company or consultancy? Branditify works behind the scenes as your extended design, technology and growth team — so you can sell capability you do not carry in-house.
See what we can deliver- Your client, your brand, your relationship
- Design, software, AI and growth from one team
- Partner pricing for repeat and overflow work
What does a Branditify B2B partnership actually mean?
You keep the client. You keep the brand. You decide how visible we are.
It is not outsourcing and it is not staff hire. You sell and own the engagement; we build the part you have asked us to build, at the level of visibility you choose. Most partners start with one project and keep going because the capacity is useful, not because they signed something.

How partners work with us
You choose how visible we are.
These are the four arrangements partners actually use. Nothing here is a tier — you can move between them project by project, and most partners do.
We never appear. Everything reaches your client through you.
- Who talks to the client
- You, only
- Whose brand is on the work
- Yours
- Do we join calls
- No

- Client-facing work where your brand is the product
We join technical conversations when you invite us — introduced however you prefer.
- Who talks to the client
- You lead; we join when asked
- Whose brand is on the work
- Yours
- Do we join calls
- By your invitation, presented as you decide

- Technical scoping where the detail needs the builder in the room
You own the account; we own one defined part of the build end to end.

We take work when your own team is full, and step back when it is not.

When partners call us
Bring us in when the work exceeds the team.
None of these is a failure of the agency. They are the ordinary shape of selling faster than you can hire.
You have sold the work and the calendar has run out before the month has.
LaneSoftware
The brief has drifted past what your team does, and saying no costs you the account.
LaneSoftware
They have read about agents and want to know what it would do for them.
LaneAI & automation
A pitch or a launch needs more design weight than the team can carry this month.
LaneBrand & design
A CRM, a portal or an internal tool — the part no off-the-shelf product covers.
LaneSoftware
You would quote a wider service mix if you were confident you could deliver it.
LaneAny lane
Three projects landed in the same fortnight and none of them can wait.

Shapes of work
Four ways partners actually engage.
No minimum spend, no fixed term and no committed allocation — the shape follows the work rather than a contract.
Partner pricing
Is partner pricing available?
Yes. Partner pricing is built for repeat work, overflow capacity and white-label delivery — work that arrives with a brief already written and a client already sold.
There is no public rate card, because a number without your scope in it would be wrong in both directions. Tell us the shape of the work and you get a quote against it.
What a partner quote follows
- ServiceWhich lane, and how much of it
- ScopeHow much is defined before we start
- ComplexityIntegrations, roles, platforms, migration
- VolumeOne project, or several across the year
- RecurrenceOne-off, or a lane you keep open
- Our involvementInvisible delivery, or in the room with you
- One-off project
- Quoted on its own scope. Fine as a first project, and most partnerships start here.
- Repeat and overflow
- Quoted knowing the brief will arrive in a shape we already understand — which is what partner pricing is for.
How delivery runs
Five steps, and you are on both ends of them.
The partner is the account owner throughout. Nothing reaches the client except through you, unless you decide otherwise.
Working mechanics
Who does what, in practice.
- Who communicates with the client?
- You do. Every update, every deliverable and every commercial conversation goes through you unless you ask otherwise.
- Can Branditify join client calls?
- When you invite us. You decide how we are introduced — as your team, as a specialist partner, or not named at all.
- Who sends the deliverables?
- You. Work is handed to you first, on a staging link or in a repository, and you release it.
- How visible are we?
- As visible as you decide, project by project. Most partnerships start invisible and stay that way.
- Can we work with your internal team?
- Yes — shared boards, shared repositories, your project manager or ours. We fit the way you already run projects.
- What if the mode needs to change?
- It can, per project. Nothing about a partnership locks you into one way of working.
What gets handed over
The things that arrive at the end.
Representative deliverables, not a menu. What a given project produces is agreed in scope.

Proof
The standard, in each lane.
These are Branditify projects, not white-label engagements — they are here to show the quality of delivery, not to imply a partnership history we cannot evidence.

A client voice, not a partner one. We do not publish partner names without permission.

Capability, not extra hands.
A partnership gives you access to disciplines you would otherwise have to hire, manage and keep busy — senior design, web, software, AI and growth — without carrying any of them on your payroll between projects.
- Senior, not junior
- The people who scope the work are the people who build it.
- Whole disciplines
- A lane arrives complete, not as a developer you have to direct.
- Open and close
- Capacity you use when the work is there and stop when it is not.
- One point of contact
- Someone who knows your account across every lane you use.
Your client stays your client.
- The relationship, the contract and the commercial terms remain yours.
- Work can be delivered under your brand, in every mode.
- We are client-facing only when you invite us, and introduced however you choose.
- The working mode can change from one project to the next.
Where to go next
If you already know which lane you need.
Questions
What agencies ask before the first project.
What is a white-label development partnership?
An arrangement where one company sells and owns the client relationship and another builds the work, delivered under the first company's brand. You quote, you invoice, you stay the client's point of contact; we provide the delivery capacity behind it.
Does our client remain our client?
Yes. The relationship, the contract and the commercial terms stay with you. We do not approach your client independently, and every update reaches them through you unless you ask otherwise.
Can Branditify work completely behind our brand?
Yes. In the invisible mode we never appear — the work is delivered to you, and you release it under your name. Most partnerships start this way and many stay there.
Can you join client calls if we need you to?
When you invite us. You decide how we are introduced: as part of your team, as a named specialist partner, or not named at all. We do not join calls we have not been asked into.
What services can we hand over?
Five lanes — brand and design, web and commerce, software, AI and automation, and growth. Partners usually start with one lane and add another when a client asks for something they would otherwise turn down.
Is partner pricing available?
Yes, for repeat work, overflow capacity and white-label delivery. There is no public rate card because pricing follows service, scope, complexity, volume and recurrence — tell us the shape of the work and you get a quote against it.
Can we work project-by-project?
Yes. There is no minimum spend, no fixed term and no committed allocation. Most partnerships begin as one project and continue because the capacity turned out to be useful.
Can you support recurring delivery?
Yes. Once a lane is working, partners often keep it open across multiple client jobs — the same team, the same process, briefs that arrive in a shape we already understand.
How do we start?
Send one real requirement rather than a general enquiry. We come back with what we would build, what it would cost and how long it would take, and you decide whether to sell it.
