Branditify

Start a project

Tell us what you are trying to build.

Branditify works across brand, growth, websites, ecommerce, software and the systems a business runs on. Bring the requirement in whatever shape it is currently in — a plan, a problem, or a half-formed idea.

Project enquiry

Seven fields

Existing project or new build — either is fine.

New, or already running

Both are projects. Neither is a harder conversation.

Roughly half the work that starts here is fixing or extending something that already exists rather than opening an empty page.

Starting new

Nothing exists yet

You have a business, a plan or an idea, and nothing built around it so far.

  • A brand: name, identity, and the system that carries it
  • A first website, or the one that should have been built first
  • An ecommerce experience that has to sell, not just display
  • Software or an app that does not exist yet
  • Automation for work being done by hand today

Improving existing

It exists, but it is not working

Something is live. It is dated, slow, quiet, awkward, manual — or simply no longer the business you are now.

  • A redesign, or a rebuild on a platform that fits
  • Speed, performance and the things that quietly cost you traffic
  • Search presence that stopped moving
  • A migration you have been putting off
  • Workflows held together by spreadsheets and reminders

What we can help build

Four kinds of project come through the door.

Client language, not our internal taxonomy. Pick the closest, or leave it at "Not sure yet".

Brand

Who you are

Identity, positioning, campaigns and the creative that carries them.

Explore

Grow

How you get found

Search, content, social and paid growth — being findable and being chosen.

Explore

Build

What you run on

Websites, ecommerce, apps and custom software, designed and built in house.

Explore

Operate

How the work gets done

CRM, automation and internal systems, so the operation keeps up with the brand.

You do not need a perfect brief

Four answers are a good starting point.

A formal document is not the price of admission. If you can answer these roughly, we can take it from there — and if you already have a brief, send that instead.

What exists today

A site, a brand, a system, a spreadsheet — or nothing yet. Links help more than descriptions.

What should change

The symptom in your own words. Dated, slow, quiet, manual, confusing, off-brand.

What outcome you want

What would make this worth doing. More enquiries, fewer manual hours, a brand you are not apologising for.

What constraint is real

A genuine deadline, a fixed platform, a budget you already know. Only the real ones.

None of these are required fields on the form. They are simply what makes the first reply useful rather than a list of questions.

How the conversation moves

Three steps, and no theatre.

  1. You share the context

The form in the hero. As much or as little as you have — a link and two lines is a real start.

  2. We review the requirement

A person reads it and works out which kind of project it actually is, which is not always the one it arrived as.

  3. We continue the conversation

We come back on what you sent and scope the right next step from there.

No response time is published on this page, so ask if timing matters to you.

Questions

Before you send it.

What kind of projects can I bring to Branditify?

Brand and identity, marketing and growth, websites and ecommerce, software, apps, CRM and automation. New builds and existing work both count — pick the closest option on the form, or leave it at "Not sure yet".

Do I need a complete project brief before getting in touch?

No. What exists today, what should change, what outcome you want and any real constraint is plenty. If you already have a formal brief, send that instead — either is fine.

Can Branditify improve something that already exists?

Yes, and a good share of the work that starts here is exactly that: a redesign, a rebuild on a platform that fits, a migration, performance work, or automating a process currently done by hand.

What should I include in the project details?

What the business does, what you want to build or change, and a link to anything that already exists — your own site, a document, or something you like the look of. A deadline only if it is real.

What if I do not know which service I need?

That is the normal case. The project type field opens on "Not sure yet" for exactly that reason — describing the problem is more useful to us than naming a service.

What happens after I submit the form?

A person reads the enquiry, works out which kind of project it is, and comes back to you on what you sent to scope the next step. This page does not publish a response-time promise.

I only have a general question — where should I go?

The contact page. It carries the direct contact details and handles business, partnership and general enquiries. This page is for an actual project.

Ready when you are

Start with what you already know.

You do not need the finished thought. Tell us what exists, what should change, and we will start from there.
