The Body Coach is a subscription fitness app. Branditify worked on its mobile experience, which joins structured workouts, recipes and meal planning, and progress tools, so a member’s whole routine lives in one place.

The project
Fitness, food and progress in one consumer experience
Subscription fitness succeeds when members come back. The experience keeps everything they come back for in one app.
The Body Coach is a consumer fitness brand with a subscription app for training, food and progress.
Branditify worked on the app’s mobile experience: an approachable product that combines structured workouts, meal planning, progress tools and habit-building.
The app’s own artwork puts food and training side by side, which is the point of the product: one routine, not two apps.

The member loop
A routine, not a library
A fitness app can be a shelf of workouts. This one is organised around a member’s week: what to do, what to eat, and how it is going, then back round again.
Train
Workouts and plans designed around the member.
Eat
Recipes and meal planning that fit the routine.
Progress
Tracking, challenges and motivation in the same product.
And back to Train: the habit is the product.
How does the experience combine training, food and progress?
As three parts of one routine rather than three separate tools: the plan says what to train, meal planning fits food around it, and progress, challenges and motivation bring the member back to the next session.
What does each part do?
Train holds workouts and plans designed around the member; Eat holds recipes and meal planning that fit the routine; Progress holds tracking, challenges and motivation.
