The project

A compliance question deserves a tracked answer

Business owners arrive with a question, such as which registration they need. The platform has to answer it, turn it into a service, and keep the customer and the team on the same record.

MyFinancialAdvisory is an Indian business compliance platform: company and LLP registration, GST, trademarks, income tax, MCA compliance and more, requested and tracked online, with every filing reviewed by a qualified professional.

Branditify created the MyFinancialAdvisory brand identity and designed and built the platform, and the site’s footer says so: Built by Branditify. Branditify’s 2026 Selected Digital Work describes it as business compliance re-engineered as software: a customer-facing compliance platform paired with an operational admin workspace.

Service discovery, AI-assisted guidance, billing, verification, customer workflows and content operations sit in one system, so a question on the public site becomes a service the customer can follow and the team can run.

What did Branditify build for MyFinancialAdvisory?

The brand identity, and the compliance platform: the public website with its AI advisor and service pages, the customer portal, and the admin workspace for cases, billing, verification, support and content.

What is MyFinancialAdvisory?

An Indian business compliance platform. Businesses find and request compliance services online, and a qualified professional reviews each filing.

Is it a SaaS product?

Yes. Each business gets its own tenant-scoped workspace, with its own members, services, documents and invoices.

The brand

M, F and A as one mark

Branditify designed the MyFinancialAdvisory brand identity: a monogram that joins M, F and A into one compact mark, navy for trust and green for advisory, with a 16-page guidelines book behind it.

Did Branditify design the MyFinancialAdvisory brand?

Yes. Branditify designed the brand identity, including the mfa monogram and the full logo, the colour and type system and the brand guidelines, and carried it into the platform it designed and built.

What is in the brand system?

Full, icon-only, monochrome and reversed logos; a navy and green palette; Poppins as the typeface; favicon, app-icon, social-avatar and website header files; and guidelines on spacing, backgrounds, misuse, stationery, social templates and voice.

Customer experience + operations

One record, two sides of the counter

The customer sees services, documents, approvals and invoices. The team sees the same records as cases, reviews, verifications and billing.

The customer side

  • Active services, with status and next steps
  • A documents vault for uploads
  • Approvals, with Approve and Request changes
  • Invoices and support tickets

The customer portal: one business, its services, documents and next actions.
The MyFinancialAdvisory approvals page: test approval requests, each with the comment recorded, and Approve and Request changes buttons
Approvals: the customer signs off before the team proceeds.

The operations side

  • Cases, document reviews and deadlines
  • PAN and GSTIN verification, with manual review
  • Invoices, balances and billing tickets
  • The website’s content, leads and users
The MyFinancialAdvisory operations console: active cases such as GST and trademark registration, document reviews, overdue tasks and deadlines
The operations console: every case, review and deadline the team owns.
The MyFinancialAdvisory invoices page: four test invoices with totals, balances and status, noting manual billing with no payment gateway
Invoices, raised and tracked by the team, visible to the customer.

Is there an admin workspace?

Yes. The team works in an admin workspace with an operations console for cases, document reviews, tasks and deadlines, plus billing, verification, support tickets, users and roles, and the website’s content.

How do the customer and the team stay in step?

They share one record. A service the customer starts shows up as a case for the team, a document the customer uploads waits in the team’s review queue, and an approval the team needs appears in the customer’s portal.

Service discovery

From “what do I need?” to a plan

The home page starts with a question box. A visitor describes the business situation in a line, and the advisor maps it to the right service.

  1. Describe the need

In a line, in English or Hinglish: “GST registration for a freelancer”.

  2. Get a recommendation

The AI maps it to the right service, with the documents, cost and timeline involved.

  3. Experts review the work

A qualified Chartered Accountant prepares and reviews every filing before it is submitted.

  4. Track it in the portal

The service continues in the customer’s portal, step by step.

AI assists with checks and recommendations only. Final filings are prepared and reviewed by a qualified Chartered Accountant before submission.
The advisor’s own note, on screen

How does customer service discovery work?

Through the advisor on the home page and the service pages behind it. A visitor describes the need and gets a recommended service with its documents, cost and timeline; the service pages cover registrations, GST, trademarks, income tax and MCA compliance.

What does AI-assisted guidance mean here?

The AI recommends the most relevant service for the situation described and supports checks. It files nothing itself: qualified professionals prepare and review every filing.

Does the AI replace compliance experts?

No. The advisor says so on screen: AI assists with checks and recommendations only, and a qualified Chartered Accountant prepares and reviews each filing before submission.

The operations workspace

The team’s side of every case

An operations console for cases, reviews, tasks and deadlines, next to the tools that run the website itself: pages, pricing, FAQs, articles and leads.

The MyFinancialAdvisory admin: content and lead menus, quick actions such as Create invoice and Verification center, and billing and verification counts
The admin workspace: content, leads, billing and verification in one place.

Verification and billing

Businesses are checked before the work proceeds, and every invoice sits in the record the customer can see.

How do verification and billing fit into the workflow?

Verification checks a business’s PAN or GSTIN through a provider, and anything that fails or needs judgement goes to manual review. Billing is invoice-based: the team raises invoices and tracks balances and overdue ones, and the customer sees them in the portal. No payment gateway is connected.

What are content operations?

The team edits the public website from the admin, including home sections, service and pricing pages, FAQs, articles, authors, resources, testimonials, navigation and the footer, and sees the leads the site collects, including those from the AI advisor.

Custom Software, Premium Websites for the public site, and Branding & Identity.

One: the Client Success Portal. MyFinancialAdvisory’s customer portal is that kind of system, where each client sees its services, documents, approvals and invoices in one place.

Does the platform guarantee compliance or government approval?

No. It organises, checks and tracks the work; outcomes rest with the authorities, and qualified professionals review each filing.

Not to one of our current Industry pages. It is a compliance platform in its own right.
