ELEVONE: Insurance work, made easier
ELEVONE is an operations platform for insurance agencies and their agents. Branditify designed and built it: one workspace for customers, policies, renewals, commissions and the day’s work.

The project
The work between the sale and the renewal
Selling a policy is one moment. Around it sit the customer record, the policy document, the renewal date, the commission due and the tasks that keep them moving.
ELEVONE is an insurance operations platform for agencies, their admins, agents and sub-agents. It brings customers, policies, renewals, commissions, tasks and document-driven policy processing into one permission-aware workspace.
Branditify designed and built ELEVONE: the web workspace, the platform behind it and a policy extractor that reads policy documents. Branditify’s 2026 Selected Digital Work lists it as a private product build under flagship software.
Each role sees its own share of the book. An agent starts the day with priorities, a sub-agent works on assigned customers, an admin runs a business unit, and a super admin sees the whole network.
What is ELEVONE?
A role-based insurance operations platform: one workspace for customers, policies, renewals, commissions, tasks and policy documents, for insurance agencies and their agents.
What did Branditify build?
The platform itself: the web workspace for every role, the platform administration behind it, and the policy extractor that turns an uploaded policy document into data to review.
Who is the platform for?
Insurance agencies and brokers, and the people inside them: super admins, admins, agents and sub-agents.

Role-based by design
Four roles, one book of business
ELEVONE resolves the role from the signed-in account and shows each person the work they are responsible for, nothing more.
Super Admin
The whole network: the insurance-book dashboard, organisations and users, the commercial view, policy intelligence, alerts and activity.
Admin
A business unit: its dashboard, customers, policies, renewals, challan activity, team, tasks, notifications and reports.
Agent
The working day: a priorities dashboard, customers, policies, renewals, challan search, policy scans, tasks and performance.
Sub-agent
A focused workspace: assigned customers and policies, renewals, challan search, tasks, notifications and earnings.
What are the main operational areas?
Customers, policies, renewals, commissions, tasks and My Day, policy scans and processing, challan search, team, notifications and reports, with each role seeing its own part.
Does everyone see everything?
No. ELEVONE reads the role from the signed-in account and shows each person only the work they are responsible for.
The policy lifecycle
From a customer to a commission
The platform follows one policy through the work around it, and puts the next action on someone’s list.
Customer
The record every policy hangs from.
Policy
Captured by hand or from a scanned document.
Scan and review
The extractor reads the document; a person checks it.
Task
Follow-ups land in the day’s priorities.
Renewal
Due dates surface before they lapse.
Commission
Expected from the insurer, then received.
Broker-wise view
Business grouped by where it came from.

How are policies and customers handled?
Every policy belongs to a customer record. Policies can be captured by hand or from a scanned policy document, and each one carries its insurer and the agent who owns it.
What does document-driven policy processing mean?
An agent uploads or scans a policy document, ELEVONE’s policy extractor reads it and pre-fills the policy, including the insurer, and the result waits in a review queue for a person to check.
How are renewals surfaced?
Renewals have their own workspace and appear in the day’s priorities as they fall due, alongside a renewal workload view of the months ahead.
How are commissions represented?
As a position: the commission expected from the insurer, what has been received and what is still to come, with agents and sub-agents seeing their own commission and earnings.
What are broker insights?
A view of the book grouped by the source of the business, so an agency can see where its policies and premium come from.
